All reviews and ratings you've posted
Vendor/Artisan Data
Products, services, and business information
Preferences & Settings
App settings and saved preferences
Before You Delete Your Account
Complete or cancel any pending orders or service bookings
Withdraw any remaining balance from your wallet
Download any data you want to keep (transaction history, receipts, etc.)
Cancel any active subscriptions (for vendors)
Deletion Timeline
Request Submitted
Your deletion request is received and logged
Grace Period (7 Days)
Your account is deactivated but can be recovered if you change your mind
Permanent Deletion (After 7 Days)
All your data is permanently deleted from our systems
